ESE supports the organisational transformation of creative structures in partnership with COBEL® Développeur de culture.
This partnership enables ESE to work on the governance, processes and team structures of growing event organisations — agencies, cultural operators, festivals scaling up, venues and sites — drawing on both ESE's sector expertise and COBEL's transformation doctrine.
