For the opening ceremonies of the Olympic and Paralympic Games, we were responsible for the overall organization and technical management of the event, ensuring smooth execution in line with international requirements. Thanks to our rigorous management, we were able to orchestrate the interface with the relevant authorities and ensure the operational management of the PCO, mobilizing up to 12 experts and coordinating a team of 200 professionals in the field.
